Do you want to return your order? Follow our steps

  • 1. Register a return, send an email to info@zenajewellery.nl with the following: your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Indicate which product you want to return and indicate the reason for your return. Pay any shipping costs from the shipping company and receive your return label.

  • 2. Return packing, Pack the items you want to return in the original packaging. Items can only be returned in unworn condition, in the original packaging and with the original tags. Have you removed the original label? Then you can no longer return the item. So pay close attention when you unpack your order!

  • 3. Return return, take the package to a drop-off point. Returns by post are at your own expense.

  • 4. Refund returns, after we have received your return shipment, we aim to process it within 14 days. As soon as your return has been unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us. Please keep the return receipt in a safe place until the return has been fully processed and you have received your refund. When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded.

    • What is the return period?

      At Zena Jewelery you have 14 days to return the order after receiving the package. Please ensure that you return the items unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels, and keep the return receipt in a safe place until we have fully processed the return. It is good to know that the Zena Jewelery gift card, among other things, cannot be returned. Do you want to know exactly what can and cannot be returned?     • Is it possible to exchange an item?

      It is not possible to exchange an item. Would you like a different size or color? Then you can place a new order yourself and return the current item to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any discounts will expire with the new order.

    • I no longer have the original packaging. Can I return my items in different packaging?

      If you no longer have the original packaging of the package, the items may also be returned in another box or bag. It is important that the items are properly packaged and that you have registered your return by email. Have you removed the original label? Then you can no longer return the item. So pay close attention when you unpack your order!

  • Costs and reimbursement

    • Are there any costs associated with returning my order?

      It is possible to send your package to us, in which case you pay the return costs directly in our returns portal: Returns from the Netherlands cost €4.95. Returns from other countries cost €6.95

    • Within what period will my return be processed?

      After we have received your return, we aim to process it within 14 days. As soon as your return has been unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us. Please keep the return receipt in a safe place until the return has been fully processed and you have received your refund. When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as follows: iDeal/Bancontact: The amount will be back in your account within 5 working days. MasterCard/Visa: The amount will be reflected on your credit card statement within 14 working days. PayPal: The amount will be back in your PayPal account within 30 days. My Jewelery gift card: You will receive an email about the processing, so keep an eye on your mailbox!
